One-to-One Kundalini Yoga
A one-to-one yoga session is a wonderful opportunity for you to have the undivided attention of an experienced teacher. These sessions guide you gently through a class which has been carefully created in response to your chosen area of focus.
Your bespoke yoga sessions will include a wide range of tools to support your particular intention, including the use of mantra and chanting, breathing practices, and a deep healing relaxation. These practices work therapeutically on systems and organs of the body, while synergistically supporting your mental, emotional and spiritual health.
So, whether you choose to focus on a physical aspect, such as lymphatic circulation; or an issue related to your mental wellbeing, such as stress reduction; you can be sure to be positively affecting your whole self. Everything truly is connected to everything else!
